LODYANS
Your privacy.
Last updated September 7, 2026. Here’s how the Lodyans website handles your information. ATHININ TECH LLC runs this site. The mobile app has a separate privacy policy.
Listen without an account
You don’t have to give us your name, email, or exact location to browse or listen. The website currently runs without advertising scripts or audience analytics.
What stays on your device
Your favorites and volume setting stay in your browser. We don’t send them to a Lodyans account. If your browser blocks local storage, favorites only last for that visit. The installable site also saves an offline screen, icons, and a copy of the public station catalog. It doesn’t save radio audio. You can remove these files and preferences by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
What happens when you connect
Our hosting provider receives normal connection details, such as your IP address, browser information, and the time of your request, to deliver and protect the site. Supabase delivers station logos. When you press play, you connect directly to the station or its streaming provider. They receive your connection details and may have their own privacy practices. We don’t record what you listen to.
When you email us
We and our email provider receive your address and message. We use them to reply, handle corrections or rights requests, and keep relevant correspondence. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or sensitive identity documents. You can ask us for access to or deletion of information you’ve shared with us.
Ads and your choices
Website ads are currently off. If we turn them on, we’ll update this policy and put the required consent process in place first. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar tools to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where consent is required, ads will stay blocked until that requirement is met. Ads you hear in a radio broadcast come from the station.
Got a privacy question?
Email haiti241@gmail.com with questions or requests. You can clear saved preferences in your browser settings and stop a stream connection by pausing the radio. You may also have rights under the privacy laws where you live.
