LODYANS
A few ground rules.
Terms of use · Updated September 7, 2026.
Using Lodyans
ATHININ TECH LLC provides Lodyans as a directory and player for public radio streams. You’ll need an internet connection to listen, and mobile data charges may apply. Stations and network providers can interrupt or limit access, so we can’t promise every stream will always be available.
The broadcasts belong to their owners
Station names, logos, trademarks, and audio belong to their respective owners. Stations are responsible for their programming and the rights needed to share it. A public stream link doesn’t automatically give Lodyans redistribution or advertising rights. We don’t offer audio recording, downloads, stream proxying, or audio hosting.
Keep it respectful
Don’t interfere with stations, scrape or overload servers, get around geographic restrictions, infringe anyone’s rights, or pretend to be a station. External websites and services have their own terms.
The app and the website
The website is separate from the mobile app. An app subscription doesn’t automatically give you a website account or paid website features. We don’t control the ads a station includes in its broadcast.
Corrections and removal requests
If you run a listed station or represent a rights holder, email haiti241@gmail.com. Include the station’s page URL, what needs attention, and a way to verify your connection to the content. We’ll review correction and removal requests. These terms don’t take away any rights that the law says can’t be excluded.
